Carolina Explorer Fishing Reports

Carolina Beach Inshore fishing report from carolina explorer and redfish explorer fishing charters.  The inshore redfish charters have been on the Hook, a little play on word there.  No the fishing has been great and with the nice weather it is a pleasure to be on the water.  I have had the pleasure of guiding some new and old client over the past few weeks.  We have had a blast on all the trips.  Sure we are posting some impressive numbers of fish, but the fun and laugh factor has been off the hook.  We have talked so much trash, we almost got a ticket for littering, ha ha.

We are catching the redfish on the inshore charters with Gulp alive, strike king minnows, redfins thingamabob, the cajun hoho, and the everglades energizer.  Getting to use some top secret baits from my freinds in the deep south.

 Tom with a  carolina beach redfish. One of several on a cool, cloudy day.  Catch a few of these and you warm right up. The next day we were supposed to get snow.  We caught the fish with the front sitting  just to the west.

 The truth be known, Nancy slayed the reds with a nice three spotter.  She was showin the boys, tom and que how it is done.

Well the redfish are biting and that is the truth!!! Double digits nonstop and if you want to get in on the great redfish action give me a call 910-264-1807.  I have a great deal going on with my WINTER RATES!!!!!!!!

We are catching lots for reds on gulp alive, strike king minnows, zoom baby flukes, and if we need to live mudminnows.  We have not had to use minnows in the past two months.  The fishing is reely good, ha ha.  Lots of fun had by everone on all the trips.  We have even stopped and cooked shore lunches when the tides have been high or the peoples arms sore from reeling them in.  It is good to take a beer break every now and then.   Check out the pics and see what you could  be catching.  Have fun on the water and thanks for reading the report.

Matt with another nice double spot redfish.  We were catching these fish way back in the creeks in crystal clear water.  It reminded me of catching bonefish. You could see the entire fight. Lots of fun, come on down.

Here is something we do not see everyday.  The GreenPeace ship Artic Sunrise on its way to Wilmington.  Their mission was to try and help an endangered species, the charter boat captain.  Book a fishing trip on the Redfish Explorer and Save a full time charterboat captain.
